SMS communications

If you provide your mobile number and tick a consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Claim Surplus Refund Organization about surplus funds, property alerts, appointment reminders, claim updates and related services. Providing a mobile number and giving SMS consent are both optional, and neither is a condition of working with us.

Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that is messaging you. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
